Drivers licence without citizenship?

Hi,
I'm staying in Poland over the summer but am originally from Sweden. I speak fluent Polish but my writing is a bit sloppy so I decided to write this in English.

I want to use my spare time here to get a type A-licence (motorcycle). Since I'm not a polish citizen, I'm a bit unsure of whether this is possible or not. I do have my Swedish passport here, I'm hoping that's enough.

Could anyone help me with this? It's okay if you write the reply in Polish.

Hi,
I don't see any problem, you should be able to get driving license here.
There is many driving schools for foreigners, and you can find them on google. You said your Polish is fluent... so, you can call to one of them and ask for details.

Yes, but there is another condition (citizenship doesn't matter). You have to reside in Poland by at least 185 days in a year.
But actually I don't know, how this condition is checked. Maybe it's enough to write the statement... Dunno.
